1. Who we are and acceptance of terms
Oravio is a service operated by Bulubaşa Doru-Lucian (LudoProgramming),
based in Romania. By creating an account, installing the widget, or using the service,
you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service
Oravio is an AI assistant that integrates into your website and answers visitors based on your content. The service includes optional modules (e.g. WooCommerce — order status, Booking, Audio — voice, Design — renders), available depending on your plan. Answers are generated automatically by AI models and may contain inaccuracies — it is your responsibility to verify critical information.
3. Account and license
- You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.
- A license is tied to a domain; you are responsible for keeping your license key secure.
- You may not share, resell, or use the license on unauthorized domains.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
- Basic plan — free, within the displayed limits, no credit card required.
- Paid plans — monthly or yearly subscriptions, renewing automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Netopia Payments; we do not store full card details.
- You may cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service for illegal, abusive, deceptive content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to bypass quota limits, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service;
- unnecessarily submit sensitive personal data through the widget;
- use the service to generate spam or unsolicited communications.
6. Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for the content you index and the information you configure (e.g. services and schedule in Booking, connector secrets). You grant us a limited right to process this content solely to provide the service. For modules that interact with your own systems (e.g. WooCommerce), you are responsible for their accuracy and security.
7. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or updates. Support is provided according to your plan.
8. Intellectual property
The service, software, and related trademarks remain the property of LudoProgramming. You retain the rights to your own content.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, or decisions made based on AI-generated answers. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, access to paid features ends.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
